Reporting to the President, the Vice President, Sales & Marketing will take the lead in sales and commercialization at Dellux and will play a critical role in winning major profitable proposals worldwide. 


The Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Dellux will have a high profile with high expectations. He/she will work in collaboration with local agents and other third parties. The incumbent must succeed in growing profitable revenue and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  The new Vice President, Sales & Marketing will:

  • Identify, screen, sign and train sales agents world wide
  • Strategize with the agents to develop the market
  • Comprehend target market and changing customer needs and wants
  • Identify opportunities and convert prospects into sales
  • Write winning proposals
  • Provide pricing/ product/ channel/ promotion strategy and guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in relevant markets.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends and recommend appropriate strategies and actions to pre-empt or respond.
  • Be accountable for meeting sales targets, as agreed and forecast for each quarter.

This is a critical position as the successful evolution of Dellux Technologies depends upon the profitable commercialization of this cutting edge technology.


We are looking for an autonomous Senior Sales Professional with a solid track record selling complex electronic products in the international market place.  Preferably, he/she will have an engineering degree and at least 8 to 10 years pertinent experience, three of which are in channel management. Experience in the Americas and in Europe is a must while experience in Asia is an asset.  Strong English skills, both verbal and written are mandatory. 

To be successful in this role, the incumbent must have experience:

  • Negotiating with and signing Agents
  • Assessing markets
  • Writing proposals
  • Liasing with Technical staff


For the past three years, the team under the leadership of the President, has focused on research and development.  With this phase successfully completed, Dellux is now looking to bring their products to market. In order to accomplish this next step in their development, Dellux is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
